107 International Mobility Grant Program Announcement

  1. Hardcopy Documents To Be Submitted Within One Week of Receiving Grant Approvals
    1. Documents:
      1. Teachers: Printed screenshot of the completed online Overseas Work-Travel Report system webpage image.
      2. Students: Traveling Students Registration Form (Attachment 3), Notice of Collection of Personal Information Form (Attachment 4), Grant Qualification Confirmation Form (Attachment 5).
    2. Attention:
      1. If, after a grant has been approved, a grantee must resign from the grant program due to special circumstances, the grantee must submit a Grant Qualification Resignation Form (Attachment 6). Once submitted, the form may not be cancelled for any reason.
      2. Those who fail to submit the necessary hardcopy documents in a timely manner will automatically surrender their grant qualification.
         
  2. Funding Verification
    1. Verification Time: Within one month (including national holidays and weekends) after completing program activities, grantees must compile the information as requested and listed below, and they must also prepare documents to be verified by respective colleges’ HESP Assistants.
    2. Documents To Be Verified:
      1.  Teachers and Students: Receipts for flight tickets or receipts for payment to travel agencies acting as proxy (Titled: Tunghai University, institution tax identification number 5200-4800), electronic flight tickets, and round-trip boarding passes or flight ticket stubs.
      2.  Teachers: Tunghai University Overseas Work-Travel Report (Original)
      3.  Students: Receipts for student grants (Attachment 7, name under account receiving grant bank transfers must be name of the grantee, please contact your respective College HESP Assistant for more information on the necessary English receipts and forms), and copy of bank account receiving transfers
    3. Attention: Transfer of grant funding into each bank account will be disabled if documents are incomplete or collected and submitted past program deadline. Grantees hold sole responsibility in the occurrence of any information mistakes causing transfer error.

       
  3. Performance Report Form Submission
    1. Performance Report Form submission time: Grantees must submit Performance Report Forms for any and all activities regarding their International Mobility Program to their colleges’ respective HESP Assistants, within one month (weekends and holidays included) post-completion of executing the approved program. Under special circumstances, the process described may be completed by 31 October, 2018. 
    2. Performance Report Form (Attachment 8): Please submit one digital copy, four original files of photographs, and one hardcopy.
    3. Grantees are obligated to participate in various University events in the forms of sharing experiences or reporting on Program results.
